Great experience with this company. It was time to replace both the furnace and air conditioning. Paul came out for an estimate and provided a good overview of my current system. Then provided information on how to improve the operation of system / increase performance and provided a competitive quote , I had received 4 estimates . The installation team arrived on time, were courteous and completed the installation of the furnace / air system same day. Timely response to initial inquiry regarding installation of generator.  Cliff's was very cost effective and the duration from acceptance to installation was very short. We've trusted Cliff's with our heating and AC needs for several years, and they've consistently provided excellent service. When our 26-year-old AC unit started struggling to keep up, Hunter, Ed, Tom, and the rest of the team quickly assessed the situation and gave us several options. We ultimately chose to replace the unit and were originally scheduled for installation a few days later. However, after a cancellation opened up, they called us back the same day and completed the installation immediately. Tom even made a special trip to pick up the new unit to make the quick turnaround possible. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, responsive, and great to work with.
